all this is happening bcz entire education available today including vedas is obsoleted. kaliyug is actually the 1st yug of mahayug not satyug. satyug is 2nd yug comes after kaliyug, bcz kaliyug defines new mahayug charecter. Same has happened now. since 2006 new calander system began named dakshanya samvat, and established new charector for the time to come. this clearly defines the entire future of the new born since female concieved.
and this new system has procedures to be practiced age wise. lifespan devided into 7 phases.
for this you dont really need any institution, parents are the teachers and happiness in integrated family with togetherness philosophy named phoucology.
